TLS Certificate not being provisioned

Recently, my website (derekantrican.github.io - also at derekantrican.com) started showing SSL certificate issues. It's been working fine for years, but the certificate must have expired a few days ago or something. When I visited my repo's Pages settings, it looks like it's waiting on a certificate to be provisioned, but it never completes:

And I believe I have the relevant DNS records set up correctly in cloudflare:

I have tried Removing & re-adding the custom domain, but no luck. Any other ways to troubleshoot this?
